GDL Company served as the local agent for the U.S. Navy and NATO member navies in Constanta, Romania, for over 11 years until 2013. The company continues to work directly with the French Navy during their port calls to Romania. GDL Company has also been entrusted with the NAMSA (NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency) contract to provide port services in Greece, Turkey, and the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk.
