GDL served as the local agent for the U.S. Navy and NATO member navies in Constanta, Romania, for over 10 years until 2013. The company continues to work directly with the French Navy during its port calls to Romania. GDL has also been entrusted with the NAMSA (NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency) contract to provide port services in Greece, Turkey, and the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk.
