GDL previously served for more than a decade as the local port agent for the United States Navy and NATO member navies in Constanța, Romania, and has since expanded its activities to provide support on a global scale, responding to the evolving operational requirements of allied and partner naval forces.

The company has maintained long-term contractual relationships with key defense institutions, including over 40 years of cooperation with the United States Navy and more than 15 years of contractual engagement with the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), reflecting a proven record of reliability, compliance, and operational effectiveness in sensitive and high-readiness environments.
