GDL member company GEDVEC S.A. was the local agent for the US Navy and NATO country Navies for over 10 years up to 2009 in Constanta, Romania. The company continues working directly with the French Navy for their port calls to Romania. As of July 2011 GEDVEC S.A. has been entrusted the NAMSA (NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency) contract for port services in Greece, Turkey and the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk.
